Six years ago we sat in a dusty, windowless podcast studio with genuinely no idea if anyone was listening.
Two years ago we decided that we wanted to start an Investing Club - a way for you to invest with us. And now that club has just got a serious upgrade… it has turned into something that we never thought was possible.
Introducing… The Curve Investments.
Before there was a Curve, there was a fund manager
Vic spent over a decade as a fund manager before any of this existed. Milford, Pie Funds, some of the most respected investment firms across Australia and New Zealand. She was good at it. She loved it. And she was often the only woman in the room, or the first.
She started asking a question that wouldn’t leave her alone: why does an entire industry, one built to grow people’s wealth, speak to so few? That question is where The Curve came from.
The less shiny part that we do need to share
Raising capital for The Curve wasn’t the hardest part because of the pitching, or the meetings. It was hard because we were doing it while also trying to keep the business alive. There was a night in the middle of all of it where one of us woke up unable to breathe.
A full blown panic attack, the first either of us had ever had. We’ve never really spoken about how intense that period was. We both like to bury it deep in our subconscious.
We kept going anyway. Not because we weren’t terrified. Because we knew what we were building mattered more than the fear we felt.
Then came the investing club, and the thing you kept telling us
In 2024, we launched The Curve Investing Club. A place to share ideas, research together, celebrate wins. It was good. But something kept coming up over and over...
You didn’t want to invest alongside us. You wanted to invest with us so we are unbelievably proud to tell you that we have now made that possible.

So what does this mean for you?
It means Vic is going to be a fund manager again, this time on her own terms, for all of you. The fund invests in global public companies leading shifts across technology, healthcare, climate, education and transformation, with a focus on female-led, founder-led and future focused businesses.
You will get full transparency into every position, not just a curated top ten investments. You get Vic’s expertise doing the work, without having to do it yourself. And you get in with as little as $500, one of the lowest minimums in the industry, because we built this to be genuinely accessible, not exclusive.
When this fund launches (aka as you’re reading this), the majority of the money in it will belong to women and be managed by a woman. Women investing in women, at scale which is the whole point The Curve exists.
This is a growth fund with a minimum five year horizon. It will go up and down so just like we always say - make sure you’re investing money that you won’t need in that time frame.
We can’t promise you a return, and we never will, but we can promise you’ll always know exactly what you own and why. We can promise that we will do our very best to build your wealth, alongside ours.
Why it took this long you ask?
Great question, glad you asked. We could have wrapped The Curve branding around someone else’s fund years ago. It would have been faster. It also would have meant your money was still being managed by an existing system that wasn’t built with you in mind.
It was really important to us to do it properly, or not at all.
One more thing…
Vic has put her own savings into this fund. When it does well, she feels it. When it doesn’t, she feels that too. That’s not a marketing line, it’s just true, and it felt important for you to know.
For us this is a full circle moment. We’ve been asked for this for years. We’re proud, we’re nervous, and we’re so glad it’s finally real.
