Greetings from The ClimAct Initiative!
We are excited to share that the second edition of our flagship Climate Leadership Programme (CLP) is back. This 6-month journey, designed to equip young leaders aged 18 to 29, is scheduled from September 2025 to March 2026. This purpose-driven programme empowers the cohort to launch their careers in the climate ecosystem through knowledge building, guided mentorship, and upskilling, while also connecting them to our extensive network and community. Moreover, CLP is equally valuable for young professionals seeking to expand their knowledge on climate change.
The Climate Leadership Programme serves as a launchpad for first-time climate leaders eager to start their careers in climate and sustainability, but unsure of how to take the first step. The 6-month course is designed to suit learners from diverse backgrounds, enabling them to delve into the complexities of climate change. From engaging discussions with their peers to sessions with climate experts, the cohort will learn to move from climate concern to confident action.
An immersive in-person workshop at the start of the programme.
Flexible online learning sessions.
Foundational learning in climate science, systems thinking, leadership, communication, entrepreneurship and mental wellbeing.
Mentorship sessions from seasoned climate professionals.
Regional meet-ups to build a local network.
Opportunity to work on a purpose-driven project to solve a local problem.
