Being truly client-centered is revolutionary.

I believe— from my eyelashes to my ankles— that this is the most essential shift needed in our industry. And, while well-intentioned, not enough coaches are actually working from this model.

All too often we’re encouraged to believe that the answers and resources OUTSIDE of us are more valuable and trustworthy than what we feel and know INSIDE ourselves.

Client-Centred Coaching confronts this narrative, and offers something revolutionary…

The power of radical self-trust.

It’s what drives my practice as a client-centered coach, and why I train other coaches in this model of work.

It means that in session there is no external system of answers, techniques, or ideas of “better” that I will ever overlay on your one-of-a-kind humanity and experience.

It also means that I hold the unwavering belief that you already know what’s up, and what’s most supportive for your unfolding greatness… even if you can’t see the fine details or answers within yourself, just yet.

My job, as your coach, is to track and follow the subtle story that you, your body, intuition, and intelligence bring to our work together. In every minute of every session. These nuanced signals are the map that guide us. And, more often than not, it takes us straight to the power, clarity, and aliveness that’s already bubbling inside you.

This may sound like a beautiful theory. And it is. (Highly ethical, too.) But it’s also profoundly practical when applied to the details and texture of your actual life...

The restless energy that has you shifting in your chair. The random song stuck in your head when you rolled out of bed this morning. The flash of insight that had you go down an internet rabbit-hole late one night. The ache in your left shoulder. The stunning magnolia tree you noticed on your way to the store.
