It’s been five years since I found out I’m autistic—at the tender age of 44! Diagnosis in many ways felt like the beginning of the story for me. Since then, I have been steadily getting to know the woman behind the mask and finding a new way to live.
That’s why I’ve launched a series called Autistic Lives, Unmasked in which I ask some of the most prominent autistic voices what it means to live as an autistic person once the “dust” of diagnosis/identification settles.
I’m excited to share these authentic stories and insights with you. At a time when there are more demands on your time and your wallet than ever, I’ve decided to keep these interviews paywall-free.
I hope you will enjoy and share them widely 🧡
