This Chiron in Taurus cycle rules the punk approach to financial issues, like a shared mortgage or property investment, or a family inheritance, or the tax department, or the car you share with your wife. It’s about a wild experiment, like a test tube baby, or the birth of indie music - with money, houses, flats, possessions, assets and resources that work one, two or more ways between everyone involved. Slow down, cool down and try to look at the issue dispassionately. A clever, objective outsider can help. Yet, your hand is also being guided by a real outsider. A maverick, gadfly, heretic. An audacious risk-taker.

Do have a strategy for freedom with Uranus in Gemini. Tax issues are common. All the big ticket items in the legacy you leave to others, are in the frame. So, too, is any will which names you and its contents. It’s only wise to take an update on this now. Be it income tax arrangements, corporations or eBay, you are now being shown what it means to be independent. Perhaps a protest against a greedy property developer who wants to destroy heritage buildings or the environment is your way of being free. Maybe it’s getting home delivery. So, it varies. Your drive for liberty can be great or small, planet-changing, or important only to you and your accountant...but there will be twists and turns along the way.

There may be a new holiday from reality with that group around you (a book group, a website forum and so on) where one or more people are feeling the escapism with you. Keep an eye on the networks, teams, clubs, associations, organisations, classes and other assortments of people who are in your world, or on the fringes of your world, now. They are a vacation from the usual social or social media universe. There are also no boundaries. Friendships can be made or rebooted in this cycle. It’s all about being an escape artist, really, so your passing social episodes (or your friend’s) dictate what happens next. The potential for muddle over blurred lines is there all the time, though, so watch the line in the sand.

Your old way of earning, saving, investing or managing money will be left far behind in this cycle, as more intriguing possibilities open up. Plan to save or make money on a rare grand scale in 2027. Jupiter in Virgo is coming. A new income source, either through investment, a part-time job, a business scheme, or even a new job – is possible. A bigger way to manage your banking or accounting which would open up a lot more options – for example, by switching your mortgage type, or by changing accounts – is an option. A chance to explore the share market locally or internationally, on a wider scale, is also open to you, Leo - as influential people, books or publications begin to educate you in what’s possible. It’s a good day to make notes.

Pluto is in your Sixth House of workload and wellbeing. Lifestyle options which allow you to reject your old way of life, and find an empowered, more meaningful existence which has nothing to do with the old life, are here. It takes willpower as you know. In other words, you are your most valuable asset at work, when studying, or volunteering. It’s the same with your mental and physical health. Self-control works. This in turn will allow you to be much more powerful. This is long haul though, Virgo, so pace yourself.

This lucky group cycle can only happen once every 12 years so don’t waste it. Social media is one area of life where we tend to focus on what we are given by the tech bros. In this cycle, however, you’ll be given several chances to cut loose and explore bigger and better options. The bottom line is also – the growth of friendship. Your group and/or friend could be your passport to a bigger, potential-packed world this year. Alternatively, your relationship with them will offer you much more scope for improvement. The alliance to date has followed certain patterns or pathways – but over the next few months, all that’s going to change. Jupiter will introduce a whole new set of possibilities into the equation. Ambitious? Jupiter wants you to drink in life and all its wonderful possibilities now. Saturn brings barricades and heavy boundaries in terms of the daily round. Nevertheless, you will also learn a great deal about patience. Saturn is about waiting and learning. And with Jupiter in your success zone, it’s worth it. Even if you have to hang in there in 2027 too.

The barriers will go up now, within the bedroom and stay up, while Saturn is in Aries until early 2028. Obstacles are associated with this transit. So, this waiting game may be about - whatever you use to help you stage your act in the boudoir or while making your way towards it, with a new date. Yes, this cycle is a concern if you want fast and easy results. Otherwise, a patient approach can work wonders. The circumstances you face in your personal life will bring tests of all kinds. Saturn in the Fifth House will present you with a sequence of hoops. Like Saturn’s rings, there will be thick layers of defence or protection around you or around others. This house of the chart is hard work, but worth it in the end.

Saturn is in your sector of internet. The whole digital process now may well feel like an endurance test. It’s certainly not going to be easy or fast. But by the time this cycle is over, you will have stronger ‘bones’ inside you. What endures online on a Saturn transit is sturdy stuff, built to last and often becomes part of your future. Pluto in this space can lead you to self-help books rather than a priest, but the principle in astrology is the same. Empowerment through willpower. Control through self-control. We associate the Twelfth House with Pisces and Neptune and these speak of all that is sub or below. The ocean holds submarines and in the Arctic is frozen in sub-zero conditions.
