Home. The basic human need for security, safety and comfort. The inner child’s need to be looked after. Also, the ability to ‘feed’ people or situations with care and practical support. The mothering or fathering ability in all of us. Most of all, though, as you are a practical Taurus – this is about the house, garden, apartment, mobile home, house boat and so on. Structure reflecting emotional structure. And between now and mid 2027 there are huge opportunities and solutions not possible in 12 years.

Chiron in your zone of foreigners and foreign countries is about chutzpah, to quote Dennis Elwell. Audacity. Doing what others say is impossible, or sometimes totally unacceptable. Testing the parameters of what is realistic. Getting away with something outrageous, thanks to a mixture of timing, cockiness and ability. Chiron taught music, the art of war – and healing. You now have a teacher who is a multi-tasker, in terms of travel, emigration, multiculturalism, export and so on. A centaur made flesh. The process can unfold quickly, thanks to a rush of energy and enthusiasm. Expect a charged atmosphere.

This Chiron cycle is about audacity with the the rent or mortgage. Chutzpah with your bank account. A wild, galloping approach to your tax return. Any debts. New income sources. Big savings. Business deals and grants, settlements or repayments. Maybe April, May 2027 is already in your calendar. Looking ahead, when Chiron comes back again to your finance and property zone, an experiment will reveal what is most valuable about you. Your assets and your talents. The end of the year is when most of the financial negotiations, business correspondence or property transactions will occur – to set you free. Late October onwards into late November and through to early December suggests Independence Day. Maybe you already know it. Even if you don’t get to the signatures or handshakes stage until December, though, there will still be plenty of question-and-answer sessions, now - and a reasonable amount of research, either at work or home. The only thing you really need to watch out for now, is neglecting your need for space and autonomy in favour of numbers. If you concentrate solely on the money, the house, the flat, the possessions or the business rewards? Nope.

So many intense factors will complicate your dealings with a brother, neighbour cousin or sister now, that you may want to wait before you start making up your mind. Pluto in your Third House runs deep. Whatever the nature of your brother, neighbour, cousin or sister ‘business’, this is a famously demanding time, when the balance of power is always an interesting question. You have already seen this year how it can be tilted. It’s important to tilt it back again if so, or to understand if the other person feels taken over on any level. That way, you can both find empowerment and a change in 2027.

This lucky Jupiter in Leo cycle is about sexual and financial relationships (selling half your house to your boyfriend) but also big ticket items in your will (the legacy you leave to your godson) and anything left to you (the house your parents leave you and your sibling). You’ve not had it for 12 years. You also have karma to collect from 18-19 years ago. In early 2027, the Sun’s transit of the Second House will deliver some of the most important financial, business and property issues of the very new year. Maybe that is already in your diary or calendar. Your precious possessions, or those of other people, may count. A lot.

January 20 – February 18
This can be a valuable time to research money-related questions for 2027, and do your homework on banks, property prices, leases, legal matters, investments and other complex issues covering mid 2027 to mid 2028. A whole galaxy of lucrative information sources will open up before you, next year - and all you really need to do is aim your computer mouse the right way. With the Sun in your finance zone shortly it’s never too early to speculate on how you might save or make a lot of money. Luck’s in later. This Jupiter in Virgo transit next year is when ‘matters of a joint financial nature’ as Patric Walker called them, may be at odds with your own life budget, but as you gain anyway, who’s complaining?

February 19 – March 20
Pluto is powering through your sector of the inner self. Pisces, you’ll be gathering as much information as you can, about a rather delicate religious, psychic, spiritual or therapeutic, hush-hush matter. This can help you take a more controlled approach. In fact, you won’t be this empowered about everything for a while. You’ll be discreet about your enquiries and your contacts, of course. It may be Alcoholics Anonymous, hypnosis or the Anglican church. The Tarot or self-help books. This cycle can also bring a period of hibernation, as you remove yourself from the outside world and turn your attention to your inner world instead.
