Katie Merchant · thank you, ok

First, some references I love:

A favourite: Breakfast in Bed by Mary Cassatt, 1897
Heartburn was a top pregnancy style inspiration for me - see more here and here.
Last spring’s walking uniform - head scarf, Artipoppe carrier, a trench that can be wrapped around the baby (this one is Lemaire which I bought from Ewanika)
Peress’ hand painted signs were so beautiful.

Below you will find a list of gift suggestions in honour of Mother’s Day for mothers, friends, children, etc. These are all things that I use and love, that my baby enjoys, plus a few wish list items. As always I don’t use affiliate links so a paid subscription is much appreciated. Thank you for reading <3

Binu Binu ‘The Big Block’ Soap - I love this big block of soap! I use it as our kitchen soap (on a matching soap dish) but I think it would be also ideal to have in the bathroom for little hands to glide over easily. For another soap/soap dish combo I have and love this and this from Bienaimé.

Breakfast, Lunch, Tea with Children: Rose Bakery by Rose Carrarini - I’ve been using the original Breakfast, Lunch, Tea regularly for over fifteen years (and is home of my preferred scone recipe) so I was thrilled when this came out last year. Lots of great meal inspiration for cooking with/for little ones. Just last week I made the Lentil Shepherd’s Pie and was raving about it to anyone who would listen.

Heller Dinnerware - Cheerful for meals, great transitional dishes for toddlers.

A Flores Paper Spiral Pad - makes a beautiful gift! Pink and Ecru feels right for the occasion. Read my interview with Giovanna Flores here.
