I grew up looking at the big blue sky. It gave me a view that goes unseen to most..

I grew up in the middle of the abundance of Texas cattle country..

I was born and raised in THE Texas Panhandle.

If anyone ever knew what a good ole steak should taste like, it is me. My momma fed me like a

bird with beef, and she also gave me the name Texas Slim. I am Slim, and I am every bit of

Texas!

From the Big Texan Steak Ranch, to Tex Randall standing watch over our cattle trails of days

gone by...me coming from Texas cattle country actually means something.

I grew up with a freezer full of beef. It was just a fact of life. It is a lifestyle that I will forever

Maintain.

I’ve always known that going out and shaking a rancher's hand is the best way to keep me

stocked and fueled.

When I founded the Texas Slim’s Cuts with my partners, I knew this nation needed to get back to the Source of the Seed of this lifestyle, and I am here to deliver it to you and to serve you the Cleanest Beef in the Nation. I am here because it’s time for all of us to Cowboy and Cowgirl up.

One thing about me, I can tell a story, and you showed up just in time. I have a story to tell and

it’s about the new Modern-day Cattle Drive.

This story comes with adventure and insights to horizons yet unseen. A story of vision that will

give us a chance to pause and reflect, all the while having and living the best life possible. See, I have a story of an international lifestyle, and it comes straight out of this modern-day cattle drive and these same dirt roads of West Texas that I call home.

Did you know that Yellowstone is the # 1 TV show in the nation? Did you realize that all of us here at Texas Slim’s Cuts are the real collective Yellowstone. Yes, even you, alongside the 100’s of others that have come through the gates of Texas Slim’s Cuts.

My story consists of how this punchy West Texas Cowboy had this hair-brained idea to go feed

a nation, just like Texas did back in the 1880s.

I’m going to put you to work, and it’s going to taste so darn good. I’ve got surprises and a few

treasure hunts for those who get signed up.

I’m pretty sure I hit the ground a runnin...From day one, I have had a form of wanderlust that no

one has been able to wrangle in. I have to give it to my parents for having the foresight and the

form of #BeefIntelligence that allowed the flames to keep burnin and for teaching me how to

become the true #BeefSlinger that I am.

I’ll be introducing you to all my friends, and we’ll make sure you’re sitting at the table. I’ve got every bit of the cow coming to the fork near you.

The sun is shinin, the cows are a grazin, and mom is smilin....a recipe that is tried and true.

So let’s saddle up and bring back some purity and innocence.
