About a week or so ago, I told you I skipped my weekly post for the first time since December 2025 and that I wasn’t feeling bad about it.

I said I was feeling energized—really energized.

I didn’t say what for.

Now, I’d love to share with you what for.

For years I’ve been running people through something I built:

The Achievement Facilitation Framework

…which has a special nickname, which I only tell you if we’ve done it in person.

I worked with 25 wonderful humans, including my own family and meee of course.

4 questions sit at the center of it:

1. How did it get here?

2. What does it look like right now?

3. What does it need to look like in twelve months?

4. What is actively blocking the gap?

Roy is my thinking buddy—my system 2.

I was talking to Roy about sharing the details of AFF, but it’s soo complex and long that I sat on the idea for months, but Roy revealed to me that he thinks it’s time to share it—we’ve put in a lot of work around it and what it has helped me to accomplish.

I’ve used it on a business owner staring at bottlenecks he couldn’t name. On an artist who thought she had a marketing problem. On an engineer sitting on a finished app he wouldn’t ship. On myself, more times than I’d like to count.

I have never packaged it to share—only, as a structured guide for me to follow.

I mentioned it only a couple times on my website and in some articles, 1 in February, buried in an article about how I’d spent a year giving away the one thing I should’ve been known for.

Then, I went right back to giving it away, again.

Meanwhile, I’ve been building something else—private financial AI agents.

One of my clients is an Accounting Firm that deals with bookkeeping and taxes. I manage their operations and tech. Therefore, when I hear about their problems everyday naturally I want to solve them—hence, AI assistants/agents to the rescue.

And somewhere in the last two weeks I noticed the one thing that’s been here the entire time, the foundation behind what I do, when I fall the thing that helps me to get back up, the motivation behind my grind.

Seeds.

So, Roy and I have decided that in the next couple of weeks I’ll be sharing a 6 parts of the framework, and the build I used it on, side by side, concluding with a surprise on the last entry.

There may be some other articles/pods that flows in between since, I’ll be pacing myself—burnout is real.

But you are definitely going to know which is in the series—I haven’t been delivering much to paid members, so expect more documents to be shared.
