We’re (re)launching Teal Estate. It’s a blog/newsletter about developing and financing conscious coliving & developmental spaces and conscious real estate projects in general.
It’s the latest evolution of work we’ve doing since the mid 2010s and particularly some pretty work we did 2019-2021 on “conscious real estate” fund that we initially named “True Home Fund”.
We’ll be sharing a lot more in next few updates as well as publishing a lot of our existing materials.
We’d also love to hear about projects that are seeking support or have stories to share about their experience developing and financing their project.
