Let’s talk about Drag Queens. I am a stan of the RuPaul DragRace. Some of my favorite queens include Acid Betty, Ginger Ming, Trixie Mattel, Bianca Del Rio, and ChiChi DeVayne, may she R.I.P. ChiChi was a Louisiana girl like me. I could go on because I love a lot of them. I also despise some of them.

I’ve decided to do readings for the queens of Season 18.
WHAT: Reading for the outcome of RuPaul’s DragRace Queens.
WHY: I’ve done this once before and got the winner, Aquaria, correctly. So now I think I am an expert. :D
QUEEN Readings (Top Queens are NOT in any particular order)
Darlene Mitchell (34) King of Wands Rx
Is very bright but doesn’t always use common sense. Could be flighty. Makes decisions a little too fast. First impressions are not always right. A bit stubborn when it comes to working with others. May be due to a bad partnership in the past. SHANTE’D AWAY EPISODE NOT YET, QUEEN!
March 17, 2026: I love love love Darlene. Her kookiness and bright spirit bring me such joy. She’s still here and I am rooting for her. She is super smart, but doesn’t always think about the brief in ways that the judges understand. That’s that Rx King of Wands energy. Focuses on what she knows while not listening to others. I don’t think she’s been stubborn, do you?
Discord Addams (32) Tower
YIKES! This card makes me think they is either going in episode 1 or they are a very disruptive person. And that is not always a bad thing. A mover and a shaker, this queen understands what it means to fail catastrophically and then make a comeback. Watch her for some profound wisdom. SHANTE’D AWAY EPISODE NOT YET, QUEEN!
March 17, 2026: Okay. When I first saw Discord, I was pretty blown away. And? I think they are a mover and a shaker. As to failing catastrophically, she has had some moments that were big failures. I, for one, think the judges were wrong on a couple of occasions. Discord channels her Tower energies into her outfits but not her attitude. I am glad she is still here. And her walk is just fine. Grin.
Jane Don’t (32) Lovers
Energy will be very loving. If she survives a few episodes that is. She may expect a higher power to assist her. She does have some legendary sisters who will be supporting her. That support is a spiritual one which ties into this card as a spiritual connection rather than a BOINK BOINK connection.

March 17, 2026: Excuse me while I howl at the BOINK BOINK comment. Jane is a good person although I got very turned off by her incredible bitchiness. I think she was going for confidence? But she is still here. I think she will be one of the top 2. She’s a great performer and funny as hell. I’d pay to go to one of her shows.
Juicy Love Dion (24) 2 of Wands
Make a decision, henny! She may be stuck in her head when making a choice. She may not like to make choices! And I do not think we will get a lot of consistency out of this one. For some reason I just got a message that says she hasn’t done all the work she needed to. Particularly in sewing.

March 17, 2026: The last of the Dion family, Juicy showed her inconsistency early on when she chose Briar over Athena. That, for me, was a BIG mistake. HUGELY even. Her sewing skills are very new, but she seemed to do okay in design challenges. With help.
Myki Meeks (29) 9 of Swords Rx
Oh Myki you’re so fine! Hey Myki! (love that song!) This card can represent the Inner Saboteur. This queen will need to squash her feelings of being “not enough” if she plans to be in the running for the crown. She has a shot, I feel, but only if she stops reading herself for filth. SHANTE’D AWAY EPISODE NOT YET, QUEEN!
March 17, 2026: She is still here and I am very excited about that. Myki soars! She is a younger queen who has shown some moments of “am I enough?” I hope she realizes that she is more than enough. She is perfect. Her sense of style blows me away. And it’s not “mickey” it’s “Mikey”. Sorry about that, Ms. Meeks.
Nini Coco (29) Mastery of Swords
Here is the King of Swords. Sitting in his throne, he watches as others defeat themselves. Perhaps a bit jaded and judgy, but life has made her this way. She will have trust issues. But if she befriends someone, she is a loyal friend UNLESS someone violates her confidences. SHANTE’D AWAY EPISODE NOT YET, QUEEN!
March 17, 2026: Nini is a bit of a mixed bag for me. I do think she is judgy (but that’s a pretty easy prediction when it comes to drag queens…ammiright? This Queen has shown that she had the mental skills to stay in the contest. A bit of a shit stirrer at times, but this card is about the mental escapades. And Nini has sat back a lot in terms of sitting back. I think she is a mistress of the mental game.
ELIMINATED QUEENS IN ORDER BY EPISODE ELIMINATION
DD Fuego (37) High Priestess Rx
Solidly in the here and now. Views obscure things as interesting. May play with alternative costuming. I suspect this one has some deep secrets that she may hint at, but she won’t give that information up easily. SHANTE’D AWAY EPISODE 2 No one went home on Episode 1
March 17, 2026: Porkchop of the season, DD was an interesting queen. I wish she had stayed longer. Bad luck to go out on the first sashay of the season. I can’t say much about her here because I didn’t get to enjoy her long enough! Dang. Anyone else know how the HPS Rx card fit her? Or didn’t fit her?
Mandy Mango (29) 8 of Wands
This queen comes in hot and doesn’t stop. While this can indicate she’s going places fast, it can also show that she will bring a HUGE amount of drama with her. SHANTE’D AWAY EPISODE 3
March 17, 2026: Mandy had a lot going on. I am afraid that she was her own worst enemy in this. I hate saying that, but, henny! She needed to slow her roll. I was really impressed by her dedication to her patients. She’s a nurse I would want at my bedside.
Briar Blush (25) 8 of Swords
This one will move fast. Her energy is go go go. She looks forward and not back. One piece of this card can indicate travel. I’m looking at it from the idea of motion. Things move rapidly around this queen. SHANTE’D AWAY EPISODE 4
March 17, 2026: I must confess. This queen just came off as bitchy, jealous, and very insecure. She certainly was pretty. But she did not think things through. Personally, I was glad to see the back of her. (She may be a completely lovely person but she got caught up in the drama.)
Ciara Myst (32) Justice Rx
Not very focused on what is fair. Sees herself as the person with the most to lose. May have a record. May cause drama with this mindset. If I were her castmate, I would keep an eye on her. She may be quite volatile. SHANTE’D AWAY EPISODE 6 No one eliminated on Episode 5
March 17, 2026: Wait, Crystal? :D Ciara went out against Mykki Meeks. I honestly cannot remember how she acted on the show. Can anyone update me? She did not stick in my head.
Vita vonTesse Star (38) Temperance Rx
Challenge is all about letting go. She may be too cautious in her looks and challenges. Don’t play it safe! Having fun will be freeing for this queen. This can point to her being out of balance. It can show someone who has fought to be sober. I would caution her to keep her hand on her coin. SHANTE’D AWAY EPISODE: 7
March 17, 2026: WAHHHHHH! Somebody call me a wambulance. I adored this queen. Her looks, her poise, her everything. She was gorgeous. I do think she lost her balance because she stuck to her aesthetic. That’s great, but you have to be able to pivot!
Mia Starr (39) Action of Swords
When the Knight of Swords shows up, she needs to ask herself this, “Am I learning allllll the things that I need?” And she may need to keep her nose to herself. This Knight can be the cat that curiosity beat in the LipSync. SHANTE’D AWAY EPISODE 8
March 17, 2026: Oh Mia! I loved you so hard. She was a seasoned queen and a member of the House of Dion. When she spoke, I listened. I thought she had so much to offer. Some of those queens should have paid more attention. And she was an amazing dancer. The way she worked with the other queens in dance practices made me love her even more. Such a solid player.
Athena Dion (38) 2 of Swords
May be indecisive in the first episode. And she may not see those fair-weather friends until too late. There is also a possible split between two realities. What will she do when she has to step fully into one of those? SHANTE’D AWAY EPISODE 9
March 17, 2026: I loved Athena. I really wanted to see her in the final four. But she let herself get in her own way. I think I was correct about those fair-weather friends. As to her being split between two realities, I believe her Greek side may have gotten the best of her.
Kenya Pleaser (29) Ace of Coins
Oooooh gurl! Kenya has the “let’s get rich, bitch” card. But this is the beginning, not the end. She needs to be reminded that one win does not the winner make. So if she puts her head down and ignores the drama, she can go as far as the finale. Also? Her own career is going to take off. SHANTE’D AWAY EPISODE 11 (Nobody went home on Episode 10…what a display of brilliance that episode was. WOW)
March 17, 2026: I was so very sad to see Kenya go. She was so vibrant. She got so close to the final four. She did seem to try to avoid the drama though. I think she will have a brilliant career. One thing that really stuck with me about this “little Black boy from Alabama” was her fierceness about all the little boys watching. She advocated for them in ways that really resonated with this 65 year old white CIS het woman. I am going to keep an eye on Ms. Pleaser.
