After Todd Blanche rescinded Trump’s grotesque $1.8 billion “anti‑weaponization” slush fund, Cornyn and Tillis declared themselves satisfied and freed up his attorney‑general vote—despite Trump promising to bring the fund right back whenever he can.
Trump’s acting AG told anti‑abortion activists that Dobbs will be “permanent in every single state” and pledged action against abortion pills, exposing the real agenda: national, Christian‑nationalist control over women’s bodies.
Pirro dropped the case against Olympic canoeist David Hearn when the evidence pointed to a botched contractor job, and Trump promptly attacked her for “choking”—because in MAGA’s DOJ, facts are irrelevant and show trials are the point.
The right claims America would thrive without liberals, but everything decent about this country—from Social Security and civil rights to clean air and public education—came from progressive struggle, while conservative rule delivers inequality, misery, and upward redistribution.
Trump’s administration is handing energy companies at least $2.7 billion in taxpayer money to abandon offshore‑wind projects, sabotaging clean energy and jobs so fossil‑fuel interests can keep cashing in on a hotter, dirtier planet.
