A kindergarten teachers asks:
Any meaningful end-of-year ideas that don’t require a lot of prep?
What are your favorite ways to reflect on and wrap up a year?
A first grade teacher asks:
Do you know of anyone who is writing about the academic blocks in a smart way these days, particularly math?
They add:
I am at the point where I am willing to reconsider everything, from whole to small groups, explicit instruction (which needs to be doubly explicit and detailed these days), etc. I have some time this summer to read and would like to try a few things.
Thoughts? Any people to follow online? Are you trying something new and impactful you’d like to share? Have you read a really helpful profession text or article?
