t1 Real-Time Proving Is Now Live on Arbitrum & Base Mainnet

Today, we’re thrilled to announce the mainnet launch of t1 Real-Time Proving (RTP), the first infrastructure enabling instant state proving across Ethereum rollups.

With this release, we introduce:

  • Real-time proving of state changes across Arbitrum and Base, improving capital efficiency and pricing in bridging and cross-chain swaps.

  • A TEE-enabled sealed-bid auction application that proves execution results to Arbitrum and Base in real time. TEE-enabled auctions increase price efficiency in cross-chain transactions and pave the way for composable cross-chain applications.

This marks the first step in our journey toward building a cross-chain application hub. As we prove the state of both t1 applications and other blockchains to all t1-supported chains, we unlock cross-chain contract calls, and ultimately, full cross-chain composability.

Fragmentation is the biggest problem in our space, and interop is not yet solved. As new chains launch almost daily—whether for stablecoins and payments (Arc by Circle, Tempo by Paradigm, Stable by Bitfinex/Tether) or for application-specific execution zones (Hyperliquid L1, Converge by Ethena)—fragmentation of users and liquidity will only get worse.

The only real solution is the ability to prove execution and state changes across chains in real time. With real-time proving, different execution environments can trust each other’s state instantly, allowing the entire ecosystem to behave like a single unified environment.

t1 is here to fix the fragmentation problem.

Today’s release is a small step toward our bigger vision of unification. With TEE-powered Real-Time Proving (RTP), t1 enables applications to instantly prove state across chains and unlock seamless cross-chain application flows for the first time.

This is how we bring money legos cross-chain.

And most importantly, t1 RTP is fully Ethereum-aligned. Our work is compatible with the Ethereum Foundation’s interop initiative, the Open Intents Framework. t1 RTP is the first TEE-powered oracle in the OIF’s ERC-7683 Intent Standard, and can also serve as an arbiter in the ERC-6909 Compact Framework, the new resource-lock standard from Uniswap Labs.

Today, we’re launching xChainRead, the primitive that brings Real-Time Proving between Base and Arbitrum to mainnet. This release focuses on improving ongoing interop efforts — ERC-7683 intents and resource locks:

  • Faster solver repayments (<6s vs. ~60 minutes on Across)

  • Higher capital efficiency (lower cost of capital for market makers)

  • Better pricing for end users

We are excited about t1 RTP and sub-10 second settlements for bridging transactions. This advancement allows us to meet the same bridging demand while deploying significantly less capital — representing at least an order-of-magnitude improvement in capital efficiency. As our costs decrease, we will be able to pass those savings on, reducing the overall cost of bridging.

There are three core primitives now available:

xChainReads allows developers to read and prove arbitrary state between Base and Arbitrum. Using xChainRead, other bridges can integrate t1 RTP to reduce their solver repayment time, increase solver capital efficiency, therefore improve pricing for their users.
