Welcome to the start of another school year! Whether you’re returning to Benson High School or joining us for the first time, we’re excited to have you here.
As I begin my first official year as the 6–12 Principal, I want to say how grateful I am for the opportunity to serve this community. Benson is a special place because of the people, including our students, families, staff, and community members, and we look forward to building on the great things happening here together.
There’s always a lot of excitement that comes with a new school year. New classes, new opportunities, new goals, and maybe a few nerves. My hope is that every student feels welcomed, supported, and encouraged to get involved, work hard, and make the most of the year ahead. Don’t be afraid to try something new, ask for help when you need it, and celebrate the little wins along the way.

Open House is a great opportunity to meet your teachers, find your classrooms, and get ready for a successful start to the year. Our staff has been hard at work preparing for students, and we can’t wait to welcome everyone back into the building.
