You should have asked 7 questions, IN ORDER, to guide your conversation around crafting a custom-built assimilation process.

Growth Track isn’t for everyone. And even if you think it is, you’re not running 40,000 people with unlimited money and you’re not Chris Hodges.

Pizza with the Pastor is a silly name (at best) and not quite the assimilation tool you thought it was. Because maybe you’re not as cool as the guys who came up with it. No shame, just true that not everyone wants to actually meet you.

A 45-minute Meet-n-Greet isn’t for everyone, especially if you haven’t dialed in your purpose and language. And even more so if you don’t have leaders downstream who can own the culture and development parts of it.

And how do you promote it?

I’m asked all the time (literally this morning too),
“Swebb, how do we get people to show up?”

Is it a video, a gameshow, do you take people hostage?
Perhaps you tell jokes, do a Church News video, and pay a consulting firm $30,000 to tell you how to make your host segments even longer and worse?
Or maybe you just keep repeating yourself so much that everyone ignores you and then you just start using obligation as your tool.

All of methods I’ve seen (probably you too).

But what’s the best way to approach promoting your assimilation process?
