Introduction: The Laws Governing US State and Federal Responses to Covid 19, and The Legal Authority of the World Health Organization

This four part series arose five weeks ago when I first stumbled upon the claims that the amendments to the International Health Regulations would ‘usurp our Constitution’ and ‘cede our sovereignty to the WHO’ if ‘adopted by 2/3 of the World Health Assembly in May 2022.’

These wild claims have spread like Cobra Water II and even though I reached out to ‘researchers’ in April 2022 to explain what laws DID govern us through Covid 19, and that international law CANNOT take precedence over our Federal and state laws, to this day several people I’ve loved and followed for decades continue to maintain that they can. This is what I discussed beginning in April 2022, begins with the laws that DID ‘govern’ our ‘Covid 19 response,’ and next discusses the ACTUAL ‘legal’ authority of the WHO. Spoiler alert! They have exactly NONE.

I am writing this in the spirit of ‘we are all on the same team.’ I have admired every single one of the incredibly brave lions who have fought for our freedom and helped keep us sane through these years of high strangeness where all of us in our unique ways are trying to understand what’s happening to us. We are in a technocratic totalitarian takeover of our health, food, transportation, privacy and property trying to force us into a digital gulag via health passports, centralized digital currencies and social credit scores. We are on the same team.

I openly invite everyone to do more digging on everything I am reporting below. I have yet to find anything that contradicts my findings, but there could be goblins hidden in closets I didn’t uncover during my weeks of research. This invitation is in the spirit of making our united resistance, which I believe now needs to turn into active offense, the best it can be.
