Here are some updates on the Superpower Quest movement!
The Superpower Quest vision is to call millions of people upwards into their unique identity, design, and calling.
I know I’m fulfilling my mission if I’m seeing lives transformed around me.
Turned 50 on January 7th, and spent time in reflection. I received remarkable clarity about the “levers” I’m supposed to be pulling in work and life.
I’m on 86 days of consistently pulling these levers:
Health
Exercise. Four workouts a week. Kettle bells, mobility, and cardio.
Nutrition. I’ve changed my diet to drastically increase my protein intake and reduced processed foods.
Purpose (The Four Cs)
Connection. Weekly goal of at least two high quality (potentially life-changing) introductions per week.
Coaching. At least three transformative conversations or superpower-naming opportunities per wee
Creativity. Writing poetry or stories for at least five minutes per day, at least 5/7 days per week.
Content. Posting encouraging and uplifting content on Substack, LinkedIn, and/or YouTube at least three times per week.

Yo. Let me tell you what’s hard right now.
One of my goals is publishing the first book of my fantasy series Solomen: Sapphire Eyes by the end of the year.
That means I need to have the cover designed, book laid out, final proofing, and upload to KDP finished in the next nine months. Struggling to find the time.
The biggest blocker I have right now is the cover. I’m feeling the real pull to design it myself, but I haven’t pursued art since college. Feels intimidating.
But I have lots of help! Shout out to Isaiah Simpson, the artist/dreamer in my life!
