Announcing: a new book to read together!

Hello! It’s been a long time since you heard from us. A quick station identification: We are Matt & Erika; Studio Kirkland is our little house brand that covers the different creative projects our family tackles. We’re kicking off a new newsletter - another underrated and overlooked book, delivered in ‘real time’ to your inbox. It’s called The Honeywood File, and the newsletter is Honeywood Daily. You can sign up for it here.

The short version is: here’s another great book, told through letters and telegrams, that we can read together like Dracula. It’s got much shorter sections, and it’s spread out over a longer time period. The book is about people trying to design and build a house - an architect, his client, and the people they work with along the way. I think it’s very, very funny. Honeywood is one of my favorite books I’ve discovered over the last few years.
