New in Jam! Recording Link navigation controls

Today, we shipped picture-in-picture controls for Recording Links.

Users don’t need to remember which browser tab they’re recording from. The picture-in-picture menu is always visible so they can stop and submit their Jam from wherever they are…no matter how many tabs they have open 🙈

Here’s what else shipped:

Your customers can unblur fields when needed

Jam provides default blur controls so you can avoid collecting sensitive data. But those controls shouldn’t stop your customers from interacting with their own data while recording a Jam. Now they can:

1. Privately unblur sensitive fields

2. Edit their sensitive data

3. Blur again and resume the recording

Customer notes now flow straight into Intercom

Notes submitted with a Jam now land in the Intercom chat, so support agents don't have to go digging for them. Customer context shows up right where your team is already working.
