Things In Jackie’s Cart
A brand you think is underrated — My brand, Maelove - underrated but overdelivers! – and an ice cream brand I recently discovered named Ice Cream for Bears (I love the simple ingredients)
Your most worn item of clothing currently — Sea Level swimsuits and coverups
Your favorite jacket or sweater — An old Celine hoodie that has great structure, making me feel put together even when I throw it on with leggings
A fun pair of shoes! — Marea slides by Aquazurra
A scent you love - I’m not big on traditional scents, but I love our Love 31 Facial Oil so much that I had a local candle maker create a batch of candles for personal use with the same oils found in Love 31
Something for a night out - Heels, jewelry and definitely a lot of blush like my most recent obsession, the MAC Glow Play Cushiony Blushes (favorite colors are Blush, Please and That’s Peachy)
Something for a night in - Put on Lake pajamas while sipping on a Spindrift, eating Italian or Korean food, and finding a good show on Netflix that will make me laugh
Things Jackie’s Making
What’s your go-to dish to cook? - A well-seasoned steak cut into bite size pieces with rice, grilled veggies and kimchi
What’s your advice for making friends in adulthood? - Shoot your shot! If you find someone you instantly connect with and want to hang out with, make the first move and ask them to grab coffee or lunch. Don’t be shy and wait for the other person to ask. Life is too short!
What are you bringing to the cookie exchange? - I leave the baking to the professionals, so I’m bringing an assortment of cookies from a local bakery.
