I can't lie, I fell in love with Monster Crown: Sin Eater almost instantly. the nostalgia, the dark and gritty story, the wonderfully familiar pixel art. There was so much potential here. I am genuinely upset that it all fell apart so quickly.

I'm going to admit straight off the bat that I am a sucker for a good simulator game. There is just something satisfying about spending a few hours setting up a system, having it run sweet and overcoming the challenges of resources versus demand. Not every game in the genre gets it right but the little I have seen of Shop Store Simulator 2037 is certainly promising.
If I had to sum up Raccoin's gameplay it would quite simply be *chef's kiss*. It is so much fun, so addictive so complex yet incredibly simple. It is simply perfect. I have not been able to put Raccoin down. Even writing this review I just popped on to double check something and lost 45 minutes.
I am playing what is potentially a groundbreaking game that will redefine the genre of Narrative Adventure games....or destroy the future of Game Development. I'm not entirely sure yet. I am both excited and fearful of the future that OMEA will bring forth.
