The Stock Watchlist Weekly algorithm analyzes a vast array of data to generate the weekly watchlist of top algo-picks for you. Stocks in the same sector tend of have a high correlation, so picking the sectors that has the highest probability of beating the overall market over the next several weeks is one of the many factors that goes into choosing the final 3 watchlist algo-picks each week.

Sectors are analyzed based on a variety of different data including seasonal, fundamental, and technical patterns. All of those objective, numbers-based factors are “normalized” by the algorithm on a numerical scale and averaged together to generate an ordered list of the 11 major market sectors.
