Stockholm Weekly Week 26

Midsummer may be over, and I hope you all had a great long weekend celebrating. I spent the past week in Greece soaking up the sun, and it looks like I’ve brought some of those warm temperatures back for this upcoming weekend.

This week in Stockholm brings comedy festivals, summer concerts, rooftop runs, sample sales, vinyl listening sessions, student DJs, and one very beautiful excuse to spend a sunny Saturday moving between live music stages across Södermalm.

Hobo Hotel teams up with MRC Stockholm Run Club for a social evening run through the city. Different pace groups make it accessible to most runners, and afterwards everyone heads back to the hotel bar for a well-earned drink and post-run hang.

Bio Skandia transforms into a nightclub for the second edition of LIDO CLUB. The historic cinema becomes home to two dance floors spread across 2,000 square metres with techno in the foyer and 90s R&B and hip hop inside the cinema itself. Expect four bars, pizza from Deglabbet, and DJs including Sam Ezeh & Anamadi, Sportilia117, ThatMilkBoy, and DJ Cleva.
