happy friday!! I can’t believe we are already working through the last meal plan of august??? HOW. the kids are back to school, we’re still figuring out our routines. and before we know it, it will be halloween. time. is. flyinggggg.
before we get into this weeks meal plan I wanted to share one announcement!
I'm hosting a couple live workshops next week (eeeew!!!) and I’d LOVE to have you join!
if you’ve been using these meal plans but want to take it to the next level - we’re talking about weight loss, gaining muscle, how to get your energy back, basically everything I do with my clients to help them lose fat/gain muscle and feel better in their bodies(!!) most of my clients are women who have had kids in the last 10 years - and I know how it feels to put yourself last, and feel frustrated with your goals. if that sounds familiar, these workshops are for youuu!
✔️ breakfast: blueberry protein pancakes with cottage cheese blended right into the batter, made once on sunday and reheated all week
✔️ lunch: chopped mediterranean chicken bowls with chickpeas, cherry tomatoes, mini sweet peppers, cucumbers, feta and mint
✔️ snacks: yogurt peach bowls and s’mores stuffed dates (YALL..) with marshmallow creme, melted lily’s dark chocolate and crushed simple mills graham crackers (I swore I wouldn’t eat another date after my pregnancy, but these are a welcome come back)
✔️ dinners: bang bang chicken bowls, crunchy beef tacos, lemon chicken with a watermelon cucumber tomato salad, and spicy salmon rice bowls (we eatin’ gooood)
✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨
paid subscribers get the fullll thing every friday morning: hand picked recipes with balanced macros (so you don’t have to), sunday meal prep flow to make it stupid easy, and a shopping list scaled to your household size (read below) + dairy free swaps for my girlies who can’t do dairy
it’s $15 a month. that’s 2-3 coffee runs, except this one gives you back your sunday and your 5pm brain, every single week :)
✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨
✔️ single serve for breakfast, lunch and snacks with dinners cooked for two
✔️ two person where everything is doubled
✔️ family of four with dinners scaled up for four and your breakfast, lunch and snacks kept single
same recipes, same macros per serving, the grocery list just does the math for you so you’re not standing in the aisle multiplying things in your head.
