As a native Texan who didn’t really even know what a creative career was until my junior year of high school because men *did* agriculture (whatever that means…), I wanted to find a cause that could maybe give back in someway to the youth in my home-state to open their horizons. The mission behind Equality Texas aims to protect and empower those kids and block a lot of the most hateful legislation in that state that will ultimately foster a new generation of LGBTQ+ creative Texas youth.
