Now that we have got that out of the way, let’s begin. Pattinson is one of the best actors working in Hollywood right now; he began his career in the movie Ring of the Nibelungs, where he played a minor role. He has had a very successful career spanning over two decades and has given us some outstanding performances.

With his current “generational run” at the box office, I am stoked for his next performance as Chris Hansen in Primetime, which follows Dateline NBC correspondent Chris Hansen as he launches and escalates the controversial hidden-camera sting operation To Catch a Predator. So here are 5 movies to watch to understand the brilliance that Robert brings to the screen.

NASTY, FILTHY, and DISGUSTING are some of the adjectives I would use to describe Robert in this movie, which is kind of weird as he plays Batman, the symbol of righteousness and power. But this movie shows you a young vulnerable Batman; he is still learning, a young man sitting between piles of old dirty files searching for any clue to help the dark, cold city of Gotham. He keeps making mistakes over and over again; it’s pathetic. He cries himself to sleep; it’s not heroic. Robert in this movie is just a human like Batman was always supposed to be.

The emotional depth and, lowkey, the emo-ness he brings to the character are admirable and one of, if not his best, performances.

Imagine having the worst panic attack of your life, but you’re high as fuck and also the world is ending. That is exactly what this movie feels like. The lighting and cinematography in this movie are elite; every character is well designed and stays exactly where they are supposed to be. The only distracting element in this movie is Robert, who acts like a catalyst and makes a bad situation ten times worse. Throughout the movie everything that can go wrong goes way worse, and Robert is always in the middle of it. His performance in this movie was immaculate.

This Robert Pattinson and Zendaya movie is one of the best dramas of 2026; it follows a couple to be married who uncover a secret that sends their plans off track and forces them down a spiral. I kept this movie on the list not only because it is a great film but also because Robert shows excellent conviction in the display of a man who is so in love yet disturbed by the actions of his to-be wife. A definite must-watch for drama lovers.

Please do not read any synopsis or review of this movie and just watch it. This is one of the movies that made me realize the brilliance that Robert is capable of; it’s gritty, dark, emotional, and everything you don’t expect it to be. An absolute must-watch to get into Pattinson’s filmography.

And on top of the pyramid is the BEST movie EVER made, absolute cinematic brilliance, THE RENAISSANCE THAT CHANGED OUR PERCEPTION ON LIFE: Twilight.

This movie is so incredibly essential to watch if you are a Robert Pattinson fan; this is by far his best work. I mean, he is so incredible in this movie you start to question life itself. “How did I live so long without ever experiencing this beauty before?” The most ICONIC, BRILLIANT movie ever made. This is the holy grail of cinema.
