This spring, I launched my newest collection for Lulu and Georgia, “Suite de Sarah,” our first bed and bath collection! This is the first time we have a bed bathroom-centric collection. So there’s towels, bath accessories, rugs, and vanities. But we also extended the core collection by adding more beds, bedding, bedroom furniture, and rugs.
Working with Lulu and Georgia has been a never ending dream for 9 years now! And while the collection as a whole has grown, so has the production around a photoshoot and getting everything live.
Designing a collection typically takes two years before we prepare for the photoshoot and launch. What often gets glossed over is what exactly goes into these shoots, so I’m going to take you along on the making of a Lulu photoshoot.
