The Francisco Carolinum in Linz, Austria, is a key cultural institution, renowned for its focus on contemporary art, photography, and media art. Established in 1895, it combines historical significance with modern artistic innovation. The Museum engages with cutting-edge digital and media art as seen with their recent exhibition Art of the Punk, where Chromie Squiggle #4585 was displayed. Now that the exhibition has come to an end, SquiggleDAO is proud to announce the placement of Chromie Squiggle #4585 to The Francisco Carolinum. This is a significant placement since it’s the first international placement by the DAO fulfilling our goal to foster cultural longevity for the Chromie Squiggle worldwide.
