I learned this song at a Quaker meeting. The lyrics contain two songs, Dear Friend and Spirit of Peace. The trumpet loops, synth, and singing is all me for better or worse.

Eternal Father is the hymn of the U.S. Navy. Played every Sunday at church and at funereals. Parts of Vice President Dick Chaney's speach at the U.S. Naval Academy in 2002 are included. This was my graduation. I sat two rows from him. Additionally, sound from Tomahawk missiles being fired into Libya as part of OPERATION ODYSSEY DAWN are included.
