Hello Beautiful Listeners,

This is my 80th episode! As I am coming up to the 2nd anniversary of the Live Radiantly Show in September, I am having all of the feels. Thinking about what it’s been like to evolve with the show, with you all is making me feel all gooey inside. I want to thank you for being on this journey with me.

This week’s show is a listener request! So if you have an idea or a topic that you’d like me to explore, let me know! You can hit reply to this email or leave a comment below.

Today’s episode is all about explore what I like to call, the quiet place, that exists inside each and every one of us. When a catastrophe strikes, it tests our ability to rise to the occasion. In this episode, I share stories of how my internal quiet place has helped me and how this is similar to the concept of Wise Mind in DBT.

The art therapy guided meditation is designed to help you experience the quiet place and your wise mind for stress reduction so that you can hear your internal wisdom guiding you. I hope it serves you well! Let me know :).

Looking back through the archives, I thought it would be fun to pair these new posts with recommendations from my earlier episodes. This one is about a practice I created called Cellular Meditation. It felt like a natural fit!

It’s hard to imagine that “Season 3” will kick off after the show’s anniversary (September 23rd). I keep each script in a 3 ring binder, following the colors of the rainbow and the chakra system. So soon we’ll be moving from orange to yellow.

I hope you are well, feel free to reach out anytime!

From my heart to yours,

Stephanie

PS. Loved this visual of a quiet place to slow down and sink in. XO
