Axiom Space (USA) raised a $175M Series D round (total funding: $1B). The company is building the world’s first commercial space station to facilitate microgravity research, in-space manufacturing, and global space exploration.
Isar Aerospace (Germany) raised a €270M Series D round (total funding: $927M). The company develops next-generation rockets that provide sustainable access to space for small and medium-sized satellites and satellite constellations.
Apex Space (USA) raised a $200M Private Equity round (total funding: $722M). The company aims to solve one of the major bottlenecks in the New Space economy: the slow, highly customized, and expensive process of satellite bus procurement.
Dawn Aerospace (New Zealand) raised a $25M Series B round (total funding: $44.5M). The company builds two product lines: the Aurora reusable spaceplane, an uncrewed rocket-powered aircraft for routine suborbital flights, and non-toxic, refuelable in-space propulsion systems for satellites, with the goal of making space access as frequent and reliable as aviation.
Unastella (South Korea) raised a $21M Series B round (total funding: $41.2M). The company develops launch vehicles and suborbital tourism systems focused on human spaceflight and future space missions globally.
Space BD (Japan) raised a $6.8M Series C round (total funding: $37.8M). The company specializes in launch brokerage, satellite procurement support, training, and in-orbit services.
Southern Launch (Australia) raised a$17.2M Series A round (total funding: $17.2M). The company provides bespoke launch and return services in the Southern Hemisphere, offering end-to-end launch support for space missions.
Katalyst Space Technologies (USA) raised a $12M Venture round (total funding: $14.4M). The company specializes in autonomous in-space robotics, satellite servicing, and space domain awareness (SDA).
Longshot Space Technologies (USA) raised a $5M Venture round (total funding: $11.5M). The company develops hypersonic launch technologies to reduce the cost of space launches.
GATE Space (USA) raised a €6.3M Venture round (total funding: $9.0M). The company delivers mobility solutions powered by innovative, patented rocket engine technology and green, regulation-compliant propellants.
FOSSA Systems (Spain) raised an undisclosed Series B round (total funding: €7.1M). The company specializes in sovereign space infrastructure, satellite IoT connectivity, and Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) for industrial and national defense sectors.
AADYAH Aerospace (India) raised a $3.3M Series A round (total funding: $4.3M). The company specializes in the end-to-end design, prototyping, and production of mission-critical components for satellites, launch vehicles, and advanced space missions.
Orbital (USA) raised a $5M Pre-Seed round (total funding: $5M). The company focuses on moving AI computing infrastructure from Earth to Low Earth Orbit (LEO) to bypass the terrestrial energy and thermal constraints that currently limit data center expansion.
Applied Atomics (UK) raised a $4M Pre-Seed round (total funding: $4M). The company is developing in-space mobility infrastructure aimed at shifting space operations from static positioning to dynamic, responsive maneuverability.
Specs (South Korea) raised a $2M Seed round (total funding: $3.0M). The company focuses on hyperspectral imaging (HSI) technology for Earth observation.
Dream Aerospace (India) raised a $1M Seed round (total funding: $1.4M). The company focuses on developing indigenous, sustainable, and high-performance propulsion systems for small satellites and space missions.
Aavuus (Finland) raised an undisclosed Pre-Seed round (total funding: undisclosed). The company is building a global network of ground-based laser stations to detect and track space debris with high precision.
Rocket Elements & Technologies (Oman) raised an undisclosed Seed round (total funding: undisclosed). The company designs, manufactures, and tests high-pressure turbopumps for rocket companies and related industries.
