K2 Space (US) raised a $500M Series D round (total funding: $925M). The company develops high-power satellite platforms for orbital missions using vertically integrated hardware and manufacturing processes.
SWISSto12 (Switzerland) raised a €61M Series C round (total funding: $202M). The company designs and manufactures 3D-printed satellite payloads, RF antennas, and small GEO satellites (HummingSat) for next-generation satellite communications.
Venus Aerospace (US) raised a $91M Series B round (total funding: $134M). The company develops a high-thrust rotating detonation rocket engine (RDRE).
Array Labs (US) raised a $21M Venture round (total funding: $56.6M). The company designs, builds, and operates the world’s most advanced SAR satellites.
Dhruva Space (India) raised a $6.2M Series B round (total funding: $39.5M). It is a full-stack space company building small satellite platforms, satellite deployers, and ground station infrastructure as integrated or standalone solutions for Earth observation, IoT, communications, and defense applications.
DeltaVision (Germany) raised a €10.2M Seed round (total funding: $11.6M). The company designs and manufactures fluidic control systems (valves, pumps, couplers) for spacecraft propulsion, with the goal of building a complete in-orbit satellite refuelling infrastructure.
Outlier Space (New Zealand) raised a $10.5M Seed round (total funding: $10.5M). The company builds a reusable, uncrewed satellite platform providing scalable access to microgravity and enables the safe return of payloads to Earth.
ORiS Space (Italy) raised a €4.5M Pre-Seed round (total funding: $5.6M). The company develops laser-based wireless power transmission systems for satellites, drones, and lunar infrastructure.
BAAS Technologies (India) raised a $524K Pre-Seed round (total funding: $524K). The company develops suborbital and orbital launch vehicles for satellite deployment and manufactures aerospace components, including solid rocket motors, structural components, recovery systems, and electronics hardware.
Orbes Space (US) raised a $330K Pre-Seed round (total funding: $550K). The company builds free-flying robots (ORB for in-station maintenance and filming, and Exo-ORB for external inspection and satellite defense) to automate the maintenance of space stations and orbital infrastructure.
Aphelion Aeronautics (US) raised an undisclosed Pre-Seed round (total funding: undisclosed). The company develops a spherical motor actuator designed to make satellite electric-propulsion steering systems significantly lighter, smaller, and more power-efficient.
SPECTRAINTEL (South Korea) raised an undisclosed Seed round (total funding: undisclosed). The company develops compact hyperspectral imaging sensors for space and terrestrial applications.
CherithAI (Nigeria) raised an undisclosed Seed round (total funding: undisclosed). The company develops a proprietary GeoAI Location Intelligence Module designed to identify, prioritize, and validate optimal locations for structural development.
