Mansfield ISD education: 1,822 multiracial students were enrolled in schools in 2024-25 school year

There were 1,822 multiracial students enrolled in Mansfield ISD in the 2024-25 school year, 0.8% more than the previous year, according to the Texas Education Agency.

Data showed that Mansfield ISD enrolled 35,354 students during the 2024-25 school year. Among them, multiracial students comprised 5.2% of the student body to be the third least represented ethnicity in the district.

Mansfield ISD roughly covers schools within Tarrant County and has a main office in Mansfield.

Among the 47 schools in Mansfield ISD, Mansfield Lake Ridge High School recorded the highest enrollment of multiracial students in the 2024-25 school year, with a total of 155 students.

A 2026 study by WalletHub classified Texas as one of the least-educated states in the U.S., ranking it 41st out of 50 in educational quality and student outcomes.

Texas has the nation's second-largest K-12 public school system, serving about 5.5 million students with a student-to-teacher ratio of roughly 15:1.
