What if the difficult seasons of our lives aren’t simply something to get through—but are actually creating conditions for something better?
As we step into the intense energies of August and its Akashic theme, BREAK YOU OPEN, I want to offer a different perspective on the upheaval, uncertainty, and change we’re experiencing both personally and collectively.
Because some of the best things in our lives don’t happen despite difficult periods. They happen because those periods create conditions that wouldn’t otherwise exist.
In this episode, I’m exploring the incredible ways difficulty can disrupt our comfort, expose what isn’t working, force decisions we’ve been avoiding, awaken our creativity, clarify what truly matters, and introduce us to parts of ourselves we may have never met otherwise.
If life feels uncertain, chaotic, or like something is being dismantled around you right now, this episode is an invitation to stay curious about what might also be opening up!
Because we don’t know what’s being created yet.
And perhaps what’s coming through the opening is something we simply couldn’t access while everything else was still intact.
