Better Messaging: Sonny can now reply to incoming student messages with a more immediate and natural exchange. This release also introduced improved message threading and context retention, making conversations easier to follow over time.
Automated Check-Ins: Enabled Sonny to initiate proactive follow-ups without waiting for a student to reach out. These check-ins help maintain connection and ensure ongoing engagement between conversations.
Bug Fixes and Stability Updates: Following a structured bug bash, we resolved a series of high-priority issues affecting notifications, offline mode, and UI responsiveness. These fixes have been deployed, resulting in smoother navigation and faster load times.
Core Feature Availability: Test users now have access to the homescreen, messaging with Sonny, offline mode, and basic settings, supported by backend optimizations that reduce latency and improve reliability during peak usage.
SP&E Early Access: Released a limited-access version to trusted contacts for early validation, allowing us to gather performance data and feedback.
Security and Monitoring Enhancements: Strengthened encryption protocols, expanded audit logging, and added real-time system monitoring with automated alerts to maintain reliability and compliance.
