Hi all, I’m working on something longer (as usual), but in the meantime, here are some images of my favorite signs from yesterday’s #NoKings protest in Manhattan, NYC.
The turnout was massive across the country. It rained all day here, and still, there were so many people waiting to walk down 5th Avenue that it took an hour and a half for people toward the back of the demonstration to even get started. (As a reminder that it never is worth it to wait on line for anything in NYC because you always have other options, we went around to Madison and walked a few blocks down to where things were moving.)
Look at how funny, creative, and fond of poop humor we are in these dark times. Let’s keep it up!
