Joe Duarte · Joe’s Weekender Portfolio Substack

This is the Joe Duarte Weekender Portfolio’s Trend Tuesday Intraweek Update. The Trend Trading portfolio features growth stocks with the potential to move higher for several weeks to several months.

The stock market is perking up after Microsoft and Amazon delivered better than expected earnings. We’ve been adding a broad selection of stocks lately, including a sprinkling of the tech sector, to which I’m adding a new entry today.

Most of the new companies in the portfolio are often overlooked by the market. But their chart patterns have reliably pointed to steady accumulation which is starting to pay off as hits of breakouts are starting to develop.

Our portfolio is definitely a stealth powered, under the radar grouping, which is avoiding the market’s volatility and moving steadily higher.

For example, last week I added an old tech company which barely registers on the “hot stock” trading screens. Yet, it’s starting to ramp ahead of its earnings on 8/25/26. I’ve also recently added a used car behemoth which is ready to move higher.

Perhaps our most contrarian pick is a nearly unknown wood product company whose with heavy insider buying since April. This one’s about to break out as well.
