Currently it’s pouring outside and I’m waffling between wanting to enjoy the coziness of it all and passing out on the couch. Currently the coziness is winning, but I can’t say for how long, so let’s get this thing going.

On to the joy! Here we go…
✿ Everyone was kind of grumpy last weekend so we went to the creek to try and shake it off. Ro scream-cried at us for 30 min instead. But hey, at least we were at the creek.
✿ I’ve made multiple samples for my upcoming sock pattern (I love them all) and she’s almost ready to go to the tech editor. When I say this might be the easiest sock you ever knit, I’m not exaggerating. But she cute too.
✿ Rion and I were on our evening walk around the neighborhood when this big dude came snuffling by. Don’t worry we gave him a wide berth to snuffle.
✿ Friday nights are game nights and Rion whooped our butts during both rounds of UNO. Ro and I aren’t competitive, but Finley is intricately planning his demise.
✿ Finally got the kids down the river this weekend. We let them practice their paddling in the flat sections.
