New Year New Hyperfixation

Life has been throwing it's curve-balls as per usually so I've been stuck trying to cope with it all and a lot of my original coping mechanisms aren't helping at the moment. I decided to look to the mobile game market to get myself to still do something even if it's just a silly mobile game. I landed on a game called Township. I liked the farming but wasn't a huge fan of the city building so I…

Digital Wolves

Yesterday while I was adding stuff to my URL Gallery I stumbled upon a website called Hotglue.me . It's similar to Straw.page in the sense of it being a free, easy to use, website builder. It just doesn't seem to be easy to edit your site on mobile unlike Straw.page but that's okay! Anyways I really wanted to try it out just for fun but didn't know what type of site I'd make using this site. I…

My Recent Web Journey

Took the time to revamp my forum recently. I was proud of my first rendition but it was nowhere near how I wanted it to look. I finally took that dive and now it looks exactly how I wanted. It's a darker theme, looks neater, moved the shoutbox to a more noticeable location, made a custom page, and even made another Bluesky profile for when I update the forum. Now my only obstacles are advertising…

Idly Gaming

Hey ya'll! I've been fairly laid back as of late spending a lot of time trying to recharge. Recharging isn't going too great but I have discovered more free games I enjoy. Recently my fixation on Idle Games came back. I've always enjoyed them for the simplicity and management aspects. My favorite ones recently have been Incremental Hero 2 , Milky Way Idle , and Idle Clans . Some other one's I've…

Socially Limited

I've always been intruiged by the idea of social media. I like the concept of it, sharing media, and making friends. I enjoyed Instagram because of how photo focused it was. I loved the idea that I could post a game screenshot and talk about the game with others that enjoyed the same thing. I've gone through many social media sites and apps trying to find the perfect ones after Instagram took its…

Mini Update

The month has definitely been a month, though at the same time not too much is going on, maybe even not enough is going on. I've had a lot of time to think but the thinking has been fuzzy so it's felt like I haven't really been thinking at all. In better news though I'm at least working on myself somewhat. My birthday was on the 27th and all I really asked for was some simple gym gear to get…

Internet's Out Thoughts

Life has been so odd the past few days. A few days ago I began recoding some pages of my website. I entirely reworked my index page and my about me page . It definitely looks much better on desktop than mobile but if needed can still work on mobile. After reworking my pages and links to be more organized I went back to websurfing. Applied for more webrings and discovered several lovely sites from…

Socializing on the IndieWeb

It seems I will always make my way back to virtual pet sites . I tend to take a hiatus after hyper-fixating on them for any amount of time and then come back however long later. I got back into it yesterday and have collected many new pets, especially since I'm on about nine or so different sites. My first pet site was Chicken Smoothie some time in 2015. I ended up moving to a new profile in 2016…

Making Progress

I normally don't have the mindset of wishing I was born in a previous time but I've found myself more recently wishing that for various reasons. One of the main ones is the old web. I would've loved to see more of people's personal websites that they had back then. As of recent I have gotten more interested in interacting on forums. I'm only on 3 right now one of which is my own which is Your…

There's a Thorn for Every Rose

Last few days have been interesting to say the least with the whole banning tiktok stunt and life as whole being exhausting at home. In good news though my best friend and their mom patched up my comfort jacket. For the last few months to a year, I lost track of time, it had holes in it and I hadn't worn it out of fear of making it worse. This jacket has been with me through middle school and…
