Stephen Knight · The Knight Report by Stephen Knight

Reginald D. Hunter is an American comedian based in the UK. I’ve seen him live, and he also used to be a regular fixture on mainstream TV comedy shows over here. I enjoyed his stuff when I saw it.

However, at some point he appears to have completely lost his mind over Jews. I've no doubt missed plenty of the bile he's been spilling on this issue, but a couple of things did catch my attention. As well as an utterly bizarre exchange I just had with him directly. More on that in a moment.

A little while back he had comedy shows cancelled after singling out an Israeli couple in the audience at one of his shows, saying “typical fucking Jews” when they kicked up a fuss and left.

He also told an antisemitism campaigner he ‘will see you and your kind ended’. Reginald’s ‘X’ account now appears to spend a significant amount of time sharing any post floating your standard Jew hatred and sneaky Jew conspiracy theories.

This brings me to the recent arson attack on four ambulances run by a Jewish charity in London and an idiot called Craig Murray. Murray is a former diplomat and took to ‘X’ to post the following in response to these crimes:

‘I immediately called out the Golders Green ambulance attack as a false flag. I was attacked not just from the right, but by the whole weight of the "Corbynite" left, repeating again their mistake of kow-towing to false accusations of anti-semitism. Apologies yet?’.

Murray seems to believe he is owed an apology for correctly pointing out that this attack on a Jewish charity was a ‘false flag’. In short, a ‘false flag’ is a covert attack carried out by a group for the purpose of disguising their identity and making it appear as though another group is responsible, often to mislead the public, shift blame, or justify a particular political or military response.

In Murray’s world, a Jewish charity wasn't really targeted by those who have serious problems with Jews—but rather it was orchestrated by people looking to garner sympathy for Jews in order to justify Jew friendly policies. In other words, the Jews did it. Sorry, I mean ‘Israelis’. Or ‘Zionists’. I'm not sure.

Anyhoo, Reginald D Hunter directly replied to Murray’s false flag claim and demand for an apology with ‘Chin up, Mr Murray. The world has been unkind to people who get there early or first for a long time’.

So, a display of agreement and solidarity with the man floating ‘false flag’ conspiracy theories about an arson attack on a Jewish charity based on no evidence whatsoever.

Well, fast-forward a little and some suspects have now been identified. At first, three people were charged for the arson attack. Hamza Iqbal, 20, and Rehan Khan, 19, both British nationals and a 17-year-old boy, a dual British and Pakistani national who could not be named for legal reasons, was charged with the same offence. And later, a fourth, yet to be named suspect was also charged.

At the initial hearing on Saturday, prosecutor Emma Harraway told the court that “There is significant evidence that this was a premeditated and targeted attack against the Jewish community”.

I thought this may have been a good time to check in with the false flag brigade and told them that ‘If apologies are owed, they should start with the people so detached from reality they’d rather invent “false flag” fantasies than acknowledge an actual attack on emergency ambulances belonging to a Jewish charity’.

Things then took a very, very strange turn when Reginald replied by posting a video with the description “HOLY SHIT !!! 👀💥 Israeli man tries to seize a house in NYC like it’s the West Bank. They bring their theft wherever they go. No city, no country is off-limits to their entitlement”.

The 50 second video in question shows a visibly religious Jew calmly claiming to have a court order to repossess a property in New York whilst those off camera shout at him and insult him. That's it. Not a single mention of Israel. Just a visibly Jewish man calmly claiming to have a court order.

Naturally, I asked Reginald “what’s this got to do with torched ambulances in the UK and dimwitted conspiracies about ‘false flags’? Do you know?”. The resulting exchange ended in a deeply bizarre and concerning way:

Reginald: “Sure. In an attempt to get into the spirit of tweets being sent my way, I paid no attention to coherence or context in my responses. Hope that was helpful”.

Me: “Thanks for confirming you’ve got no real point to make and just fancied dropping in a “look at this bad Jew in New York” aside during an exchange about the criminal targeting of a Jewish charity in the UK. Keep up the good work”.

Reginald: “You're more than welcome. Do a search for online reading comprehension courses. Think you'd be surprised how your world could brighten”

Me: "I pay no attention to the content or context of things I reply to publicly" -Reg. Yeah, we could all learn from this remarkably superior way of operating. We could even play a game with it. Could call it "high on drugs or just Reg".

Reginald: “Go find a child to play with. Try not to fuck him😉”

I've absolutely no idea why Reginald would bring up the rape of children, apropos of nothing as a jibe towards me. Curious, I did a search of his timeline to see where he had used this as a dig towards people before. The link? The instances I found were aimed at people pushing back at him in threads about Jews or Israel. Does he believe Jews rape kids to such an extent that he can use it to generalise then? Or is it just Israelis? And if so, why then does he keep aiming the accusation towards non-Israelis on X? These questions may best be answered by a psychiatrist.

As for the Craig Murrays of this world? When the suspects were charged and their names were released, Murray decided not to reflect on his “false flag” crankery, but rather double down instead, essentially asking “but who paid them?”.

“False flags routinely recruit and entrap gullible enthusiasts - especially young ones - to carry out the event” posted Murray on ‘X’.

This is the problem with conspiracy theorists in a nutshell. They are never wrong. And any new contradicting facts are simply taken to ‘prove’ that the conspiracy simply goes higher than they initially suspected.

Jews are being told that they either deserve the attacks upon them or are actually carrying them out themselves. This must be a deeply unpleasant and worrying climate for Jews to put it mildly.
