We're Going on a Break!

Hey sis,

Sisterly HQ is five this year! It’s wild to think that the Medium blog I started in my final year of university has become this amazing community of women, not only from across Nigeria but also from around the world.

I want to say thank you to everyone who has been part of our journey through the years. Thank you to our small team, volunteers, partners, friends, advisors, and everyone who has supported our journey since inception. And of course, thank YOU, sis. Whether you’ve been here since 2021 or subscribed to our newsletter yesterday, I am so glad you are part of this community.

Each week, I’ve written a letter sharing opportunities and resources to thousands of you here and across our social media platforms. I am reminded of a quick note I shared sometime this year: You can not pour from an empty cup. I guess it’s time to take my own advice. Sisterly HQ is going on a break until at least March 2027. This means no weekly newsletters, no website or opportunity board updates, no social media posts, and no programs and events during this break.
