Like so many people I’m angered and sickened and scared and saddened and heartbroken and overwhelmed with the horror that is unfolding in Gaza and across Palestine. I’m a day late for this, but any and all takings from my shop taken before the end of today (whatever end of the day is in your world, time is fluid, I’m flexible) will be donated to the PEN Emergency Fund to support Palestinian writers at risk. This is for a fundraising movement called ValentinesForPalestine. Like I say, I’m a day late, like a cliche of a man who forgets roses, but I haven’t forgotten, can’t forget.
