We’re so excited to share that The Gannett House is officially listed.
After months of heads-down work site planning, concepting, sourcing, staging, and more than a few early mornings on-site, it’s surreal and exciting to finally see it out in the world. Chris and I have poured a lot of ourselves into this one, and the response has already been more than we hoped for.
Since sharing the project, we've been getting so many questions about the specifics: exterior paint colors, light fixtures, rugs, and lighting have been the most requested.
Sourcing is honestly one of the most time-intensive parts of what we do as designers. Finding pieces and finishes that feel bespoke, that hold up over time, that bring the right amount of character and history to a space without feeling overdone…it takes real research, a lot of sampling, and years of building relationships with vendors we trust. We wanted to put the most-asked-about sources in one place for you. Here are the paint colors, wallpaper, rugs, and lighting behind the Gannett House vision, from the exterior white we tested three times over to the lighting that anchored each room. It's all below.
