Concert begins promptly at 7:00pm

I am excited to present Infinite Movement, a concert performance curated by Justin Snyder, with special appearance from yours truly, Shara Nova, in response to the Wasserman Projects Summer 2026 exhibition featuring a collaborative work I made with Matthew Ritchie called Half Winged.

Infinite Movement weaves together Shara’s reworked vocal incantations from Half Winged with Justin Snyder’s solo piano response to Shara Nova and Matthew Ritchie’s collaborative work. Zooming out, the program traces a path toward the infinite – a descension in reverse – until human freedom, human catastrophe, human-made machines all become a brief, luminous flicker in something incomprehensibly larger. Before the fall, before paradise, and before the question even existed to be asked.

The program will feature music by Shara Nova, Peter Garland, Kate Moore, Daniele Ghisi, and Somei Satoh. The piano arrangements for Shara’s pieces have been lushishly arranged by Clay Gonzalez.

This program is made possible by the generous support of the Wilhelm Foundation, Stephan and Marian Loginsky, Howard and Wendy Handler, Bunny Kratchman, and Mark Stryker and Candace Stuart.
