Dear Ones,
A little ping for those of you near Chicago, Minneapolis and Milwaukee. On Thursday I will be driving your way and playing songs from Fight the Real Terror and celebrating the 20 year album release of Bring Me The Workhorse. That said, I have exactly 20 hard drives to my name, upon which I saved each album in multiples, but alas, the very album I’m looking for preceded the years of orange LaCies and won’t mount. In 2004 apparently I didn’t know to make multiples. These tech challenges are enough frustration to create a very messy desk. I have one last hope in a special cable that has been ordered before I seek professional help. Thankfully I still remember how to play guitar, so the songs from Workhorse shall come alive again, even if the string samples I hoped to extract do not. Fingers crossed. A summer project shall include making an official backup to Nova Archive #1 and #2.
Can’t wait to be together and shout! No war! No aggression! Fight the Real Terror.
