Mountain Camp is a retreat for artists seeking to slow down, exhale and connect. Silvia Bianchi of BoccadiValle and I decided to merge our artist residencies for one week to bring others into the life we are carving out in the mountains.
We set up camp for three days at BoccadiValle and then made our pilgrimage over to Pacentro for the remainder. The week felt guided by the presence of the Mother Goddess, Dea Madre, and was altogether a celebration of the many facets of a woman's human experience on Earth.
Next year we will host two weeks of Mountain Camp in Abruzzo, May 28 - June 3, 2027 and June 18 - 24, 2027.
We’re also putting out feelers for anyone who might be interested in joining us for a Mountain Camp nestled deep in a beloved valley of Finale Ligure in September 2027.
