Let's just assume you're never going to have more time. Now what?

Travis asked me a question on our Shogun call last week that I’m still chewing on.

“Let’s just assume you’re never going to have more time. How else can you still get the result you want?”

Y’all.

I sat with that for a second.

Because time is my X.

It’s the thing I keep waiting to have more of before I take the next step.

More time to do the research.

More time to set up the coffee dates.

More time to build the thing.

But what if more time is never coming?

Travis posted something in Ronin over a year ago that hits the same nerve.

He said most people sit on the sidelines because they think they’re not good enough at copy, or tech, or AI, or writing.

And it breaks his heart.

Because there’s a river of deal wealth within arm’s reach.

And none of it requires you to go to copy school or AI school or law school.

He walked away from land deals with 50 times what the lawyer made.

The lawyer went to law school.

Travis got the deal.

Here’s the framework he keeps coming back to.

Get access, control or ownership of a deal with fantastic margin.

Then team up with someone who knows how to do what you don’t.

The margin makes it profitable for everyone.

So when Travis asked me that question on the call...

My answer surprised me a little.

If I’m never going to have more time...

I partner with someone who does the research.

I do the coffee dates myself because I actually enjoy them.

I stock Collab Club with other people’s traffic instead of building from scratch.

I buy a newsletter or community instead of building one.

I use what I already have instead of waiting until I have more.

The constraint isn’t the problem.

The workaround IS the strategy.
