  1. I’ve been wanting to try my hand at embroidery for a while and in my search came across this embroidery kit that includes really special patterns, like this bleeding heart, and the thread to complete them. Who wants to join me?

  2. These bubble glass tumblers got my attention because they look like they have a good feel in your hand (for water or cocktails), and they look so unique with the bubble detail and the amber/green coloring.

  3. I just received this gorgeous hand painted serving bowl and immediately put it to work serving dinner sides and displaying abundant summer fruit on my table. The sturdy pottery makes it great for everyday use.

  4. This marbled frame is just so pretty and would be a worthy addition to a frame collection for displaying cherished memories.

  5. This tomato candle would be a fun addition to a table setting, perhaps mixed with real ones as a centerpiece — and it’s part of Hunt & Bloom’s 50% end of season sale.

  6. I visited Volga Linen on my recent trip to London and was smitten with their charming textiles. Case in point, this ribboned bulletin board — fairly pricy for this kind of thing, but I included it as a reference in case you want to try your hand at DIY.

  1. A vide poche is just a fancy way to refer to a catch all (in French it means ‘empty pocket’). This Lisa Corti vide poche combines utility with style.

  2. This Closed for August hat says what we're all thinking this time of year — do not disturb, I'm on vacation.

  3. First I noticed Aesop came out with a geranium scented hand lotion, then in London, I got to check out the mothership of geranium derived beauty, C.Atherley (founded by design darling Cath Kidston), which completely won me over with the beauty of the packaging and the divine scent. I brought home this hand lotion.

  4. On the topic of beauty (that will also look beautiful on your shelf/tabletop), I’ve had my eye on Oak Essentials bath oil for the start of bath season.

  5. Through some random Internet rabbit hole I came across the Newport Beach home store Prairie (which you should def check out IRL if you can!). The image that lured me in was a display of rainbow crock pots by Bauer. The colors just pop and are such a fun addition to a kitchen.

  6. These handmade leather slippers are the answer to summer slippers. I could just imagine padding around a villa with stone floors in them. I will definitely be adding these to my gift lists come the holidays too.

  7. My growing son needed ‘big boy’ towels, and I thought I’d use it as an excuse to try a new towel. I ordered these scalloped towels because they’re clean and classic yet still have a dose of personality.

  8. I adore this colorful set of cutlery from MG&Co I got in London (my kid does too). Zara Home has a cute multi-colored set (also available in warm tone).

  9. I’m always on the lookout for original art that’s affordable, and a recent search brought me to this abstract floral oil painting — I love the colors. I could see it as part of a gallery wall or solo above a door or on a narrow wall that’s begging for decoration.

That’s it from me! See you later in the week…

xx Melissa
