Lately I’ve been on a major tangent with subtle medicine. I’m finding myself doing more EFT tapping and practicing my distance Reiki, and I’ve been absolutely obsessed - on a deep-dive into homeopathy via Jill Turland’s work with megapotencies for healing lifelong frequency patterns of guilt and shame.
Of course, flower essences fit beautifully into all this.
A few months ago, a dear friend of mine invited me to teach a workshop on the Bach flowers, since she knew I’d been trained in them ages ago - and it turns out that when I’m specifically invited to share around something, the cosmic downloads start to show up!
I’ve been using the Bach flowers for over 20 years, and as I became more well-versed with the energy patterns of Human Design, I couldn’t help but merge and blend these two systems in my mind.
Certain remedies seem to map quite well onto different Centers, and the themes of certain Types, Not-Self themes, and even Authorities tend to speak to specific remedy profiles.
Additionally, something I really enjoyed learning about a few years ago was a type of divination called flower psychometry.
Flower psychometry is a traditional folk art of the Romani people (my ancestors) - and it has to do with using the visual shapes, forms, colours, and textures of flowers as a form of divination, to help you make connections about what your most powerful “technology” - your physical body - wants to communicate to your conscious mind.
The concept of our physical body as the primary ‘transmitter’ of intuitive wisdom is a thread that runs thru many divination styles, as well as energy healing, flower essences, and Human Design as well.
One thing I emphasize is that while our body is a huge source of intelligence and guidance, we also want to engage and integrate our body-elemental’s wisdom with the awareness of our conscious mind-soul. (More on this here)
This is the “quantum” in Human Design, incidentally - the interconnection and synergy between our body and our mind/soul. Two charts with two calculations come together to make one - with both conscious and unconscious elements.
Throughout the workshop, we also discuss the actual point of taking flower remedies - which goes far beyond just “feeling good”.
They can be used as a genuine tool for healing, clarity, and decision-making - and since they are homeopathic in nature, they complement and support the healing process of many other modalities, even up to allopathic medicine and surgery.

Among other things, I spent 5 days in a reservoir of light on sacred land in Colorado last month, with my teacher, Inelia Benz, and about 30 other beautiful beings.
It was a gathering of epic proportions that rearranged me on a molecular level, and reminded me of just how wonderful and supportive the high-frequency human collective can be.
